Pablo Arbona is Managing Partner and covers the Southern Europe market, a position he has held since establishing the Madrid office in 2020. With over 17 years of expertise in M&A, Project Finance, and business development within the renewable energy and core infrastructure, Pablo leads a team of 15 professionals in his current role. Prior to his position at Finergreen, Pablo held various executive positions at Rubicon Capital Advisors (Director) and Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (Global Director of M&A, Head of M&A and Project Finance for France, Italy, Australia, Latam.) His extensive professional journey has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding across debt and capital markets within multiple geographies, including Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, and Chile.

Pablo is an Industrial Engineer (Escuela Superior de Ingenieros de Sevilla) and holds a post-graduation degree from UNED (Financial Markets).

Théo Barallon is Managing Partner and co-heads the Paris office. He has more than a decade of experience in M&A and Project Finance with cross-disciplinary expertise in renewable energies and energy transition topics. Throughout Finergreen's journey, Théo has played a pivotal role in structuring its activities and strengthening the company’s position in France. He is now in charge of overseeing a team of more than 20 bankers.
Théo holds degrees from HEC Paris (MSc Entrepreneurship) and INSA Lyon (Industrial Engineering).

Louis Catala is Managing Partner and co-heads the Paris office. Louis has been involved in Finergreen’s development since its inception, accumulating more than ten years of high expertise not only in M&A and project financing but also in the renewable energy sector in France. Currently, Louis manages a team of over 20 professionals specialized across all segments of the energy transition.
Louis graduated from Audencia (Finance) and Ecole Centrale de Nantes (Engineering).

Rohan Singh is Managing Partner and covers the APAC market, a position he has held since establishing the Singapore office in 2017. He has more than a decade of experience in arranging complex equity and debt financing for renewable energy and infrastructure, such as large-scale wind, solar and storage, bioenergy, EV charging, and related energy transition technologies. Rohan brings experience in originating and executing transactions across multiple markets in APAC, including Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, and ASEAN countries.
Rohan graduated from Université Paris Dauphine (Master 225, Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering) and Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Finance)

Yohann Guichard is Managing Partner Offtake Advisory for Finergreen, a position he has held since 2022 when he started to develop this expertise within the firm to oversee the arrangement and structuring of long-term offtake agreements on a global scale. He brings with him extensive experience, having spent close to two decades at Engie where he started in 2004 within the trading unit Gaselys, focusing on originating energy supply contracts and risk management in commodities markets including gas, power, and oil derivatives, as well as dry bulk commodities, carbon emissions, and freight.
Yohann holds a degree from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4 (Banking, Finance and Commodities).

Vladimir Olarte is Managing Partner and covers the Brazilian market. He has a solid background in business development, M&A, project finance, and strategic advisory with more than 15 years of experience supporting and leading business growth and operations in Brazil and the Americas, with a focus in renewables and the energy transition in the last eight years. During his career, he led the structuring, negotiation, and closing of transactions accounting for more than 2.5 GW of renewable energy projects and over USD 2 billion CAPEX.
Vladimir holds degrees from Columbia University (Economic Development), FGV (Business Economics), and Universidad Icesi (Economics and Business Administration).

Justine Feuillet has a decade of experience in business law in international environments. She first worked in the corporate/M&A department of Deezer S.A. in Paris, before joining Finergreen in 2019. As Legal Manager of the Finergreen Group, she handles all the legal aspects of the Group’s activity, from operational and corporate aspects to Compliance and GDPR.
Justine holds degrees from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Université de Bordeaux (Law).

Nora Sauvage has a decade of experience in audit and financial controlling. After auditing banks and financial institutions at PwC in Paris, she began working in financial controlling at Thales in Madrid, before joining Finergreen in 2023 as Group Financial Manager.
Nora holds a degree from ESSCA Grande Ecole (Financial Audit).

Cristina Tomassini is a senior executive with nearly 30 years of experience in investment, corporate finance, and capital-intensive businesses, with a strong specialization in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure. She has built her career managing complex investments across the full lifecycle, combining rigorous financial discipline with deep sector expertise in renewables and emerging energy technologies.

She spent more than 20 years within the ENGIE Group, holding senior leadership roles in Italy and France in corporate finance, acquisitions, investments, and strategic development. As Financial Director for Acquisitions, Investments and Corporate Finance for Italy and Greece, she was responsible for end-to-end investment processes, including investment strategy definition, asset valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring, project finance.

Her experience includes M&A transactions, joint ventures, divestments, and the structuring of equity partnerships to accelerate growth while optimizing risk-return profiles.

She later broadened her investment scope by joining CPD Venture Capital, the Italian government-backed venture capital platform, as Senior Partner of the Green Transition Fund (€250 million AUM). In this capacity, she led investments in cleantech and circular economy technologies, managed a diversified portfolio of startups and VC funds, and sat on boards and investment committees. This experience strengthened her ability to assess technology risk, scalability, and industrialization potential, bridging early-stage innovation with infrastructure-scale investment logic.

John Walker AM, our Asia Senior Advisor, is a highly experienced figure who has spent over two decades in Asia. He began in Korea, serving as Chairman of Macquarie Capital Asia and Macquarie Group to lead the establishment of Macquarie’s business there, and then more broadly across Asia in a regional role. He retired in 2020 after a 24-year career within the Group.

Prior to this, he had a 26-year career in the Australian Government, holding roles such as Director General of Transport in New South Wales and Chief Executive of the Chief Minister’s Department in the Australian Capital Territory. Across all these positions, he led businesses and new initiatives in the energy and infrastructure sectors across project development, advisory and funds. In recognition of his achievements, he was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 1998.

John remains based in Asia and has established and chaired Eastpoint Partners Limited, which provides a range of advisory services focusing primarily on energy transition.

Javier Sobrini, our Southern Europe and Latin America Senior Advisor, is an accomplished investment banking professional. Prior to his position at Finergreen, he had a 33-year successful career at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).

In 2007, he joined Santander CIB as Global Head and led the global industry group for the energy sector until his departure. During his last years there, Javier and his team led several M&A rankings, being ranked #1 in Renewables in Europe and in Iberia, #1 in Energy overall in Iberia, and #2 in Renewables and in Energy overall in Latin America. Several of the M&A transactions he advised were the largest ever in these subsectors or countries and have been recognized with M&A awards.

Additionally, he and his team were the main contributors to Banco Santander’s Green Finance targets, a public commitment the bank had to support energy transition and sustainability. Before that Global Head responsibility, Javier had been for seven years the Senior Banker covering the Spanish energy utilities and O&G companies.

He holds a Degree in Law (ICADE, Madrid), and two MBAs including an executive one in e-business and e-management (IE, Madrid).

Laurent Lavigne du Cadet, our North America Senior Advisor, is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, and direct investment across the energy, renewables, technology, and infrastructure sectors. He is FINRA-certified (Series 7, 24, 79, 63, 99) and brings extensive regulatory and capital markets expertise.

• Former CEO of Amwal Bank (Qatar), CEO of GCM Gamma Capital Inc. (SEC-regulated), Deputy CEO at Taylor-DeJongh, and Managing Director/Fund Manager at Dubai Islamic Bank.
• Served as Senior Advisor in Dentons US LLP’s Energy & Infrastructure practice.
• Began his career training with J.P. Morgan in Paris and London.

He holds an MBA and a PhD in International Finance.
