Damien Ricordeau is the Founder & Chairman of Finergreen. He has over fifteen years of experience in finance and energy transition including a background at Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners before founding Finergreen. Over the last decade, he successfully propelled the specialized M&A and financial advisory firm onto the international stage, establishing 12 offices. With a strong and diversified network, Damien brings together developers, institutional partners, public and financial institutions, investors, and lawyers globally. In early 2023, he launched a new venture through TimeToAct Capital, an independent investment group specialized in climate and impact strategies.

ALAIN RENAUD

Alain Renaud is the Group CEO of Finergreen. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate and investment banking on a global scale, a first-class transaction track record, and rare experience in managing cross-border teams of bankers. During his career, he has worked successively in New York, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Prior to joining Finergreen, Alain held several top management positions in the corporate and investment banking arms of renowned institutions such as HSBC for 14 years, the last ones as Global Head of M&A and Global co-Head of Corporate Finance. Then, he was appointed General Manager of Commercial Bank of Dubai for three years before relocating to France in 2018 and launching his own advisory boutique, Regagnas, focusing on small-cap, cross-border transactions.

PABLO ARBONA

Managing Partner

Pablo Arbona is Managing Partner and covers the Southern Europe market, a position he has held since establishing the Madrid office in 2020. With over 17 years of expertise in M&A, Project Finance, and business development within the renewable energy and core infrastructure, Pablo leads a team of 15 professionals in his current role. Prior to his position at Finergreen, Pablo held various executive positions at Rubicon Capital Advisors (Director) and Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (Global Director of M&A, Head of M&A and Project Finance for France, Italy, Australia, Latam.) His extensive professional journey has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding across debt and capital markets within multiple geographies, including Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, and Chile.

Pablo is an Industrial Engineer (Escuela Superior de Ingenieros de Sevilla) and holds a post-graduation degree from UNED (Financial Markets).

THÉO BARALLON

Managing Partner

Théo Barallon is Managing Partner and co-heads the Paris office. He has more than a decade of experience in M&A and Project Finance with cross-disciplinary expertise in renewable energies and energy transition topics. Throughout Finergreen's journey, Théo has played a pivotal role in structuring its activities and strengthening the company’s position in France. He is now in charge of overseeing a team of more than 20 bankers.
Théo holds degrees from HEC Paris (MSc Entrepreneurship) and INSA Lyon (Industrial Engineering).
LOUIS CATALA

Managing Partner

Louis Catala is Managing Partner and co-heads the Paris office. Louis has been involved in Finergreen’s development since its inception, accumulating more than ten years of high expertise not only in M&A and project financing but also in the renewable energy sector in France. Currently, Louis manages a team of over 20 professionals specialized across all segments of the energy transition.
Louis graduated from Audencia (Finance) and Ecole Centrale de Nantes (Engineering).
ANTONIO FERREIRA PINTO

Managing Partner

António Ferreira Pinto is Managing Partner and covers the Southern Africa market. With more than 20 years of experience in advisory transactions between Europe and Africa, he has a solid background in project finance, corporate finance, debt, equity raising as well as capital restructuring. Throughout his career, he has facilitated transactions totaling over USD 2,5 billion in value. His experience spans across a diverse range of sectors, including energy (renewables, gas, hydro), infrastructure (roads, hospitals, port containers), real estate, agribusiness, services, and industry. Before joining Finergreen, António notably worked for Eaglestone, Espirito Santo Investment Bank (currently Haitong Bank) and Millennium Investment Bank.
António holds a degree from Instituto Superior de Gestão in Portugal.
YOHANN GUICHARD

Managing Partner

Yohann Guichard is Managing Partner Offtake Advisory for Finergreen, a position he has held since 2022 when he started to develop this expertise within the firm to oversee the arrangement and structuring of long-term offtake agreements on a global scale. He brings with him extensive experience, having spent close to two decades at Engie where he started in 2004 within the trading unit Gaselys, focusing on originating energy supply contracts and risk management in commodities markets including gas, power, and oil derivatives, as well as dry bulk commodities, carbon emissions, and freight.
Yohann holds a degree from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4 (Banking, Finance and Commodities).
CHRISTIAN INCHAUSTE

Managing Partner

Christian Inchauste is Managing Partner and covers the LATAM market. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in project and corporate finance in the energy sector in LATAM. Prior to joining Finergreen, he led the investment banking advisory business of EY in LATAM. Before that, he held CEO positions for YPFB Transporte, the second largest Midstream company in South America, and the Bolivia-to-Brazil gas pipeline, GasBol. During his career, Christian successively worked in Paris, Brussels, Santiago de Chile, Mexico City, and Bolivia.
Christian holds a degree from ESCP Business School (Management, Finance, Economics).
JEAN-JACQUES NGONO

Managing Partner

Jean-Jacques Ngono is Managing Partner for Finergreen in charge of Africa.
He established the first international branch of Finergreen in Abidjan in 2016, followed by Nairobi in 2019 and Cape Town in 2021. Over the last decade, he has developed a solid combined expertise in M&A and renewable energy projects on the African continent supported by a strong and diversified network of institutional partners, developers, constructors, public agencies, consulting companies, financial institutions, investors, and lawyers.
Before joining Finergreen, Jean-Jacques spent over five years in investment in Africa, working for Emerging Capital Partners (ECP) and E. Oppenheimer & Son.
Jean-Jacques is also Board Member of several companies.
Jean-Jacques graduated from Université Paris Dauphine (Master 225, Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering).
VLADIMIR OLARTE CADAVID

Managing Partner

Vladimir Olarte is Managing Partner and covers the Brazilian market. He has a solid background in business development, M&A, project finance, and strategic advisory with more than 15 years of experience supporting and leading business growth and operations in Brazil and the Americas, with a focus in renewables and the energy transition in the last eight years. During his career, he led the structuring, negotiation, and closing of transactions accounting for more than 2.5 GW of renewable energy projects and over USD 2 billion CAPEX.
Vladimir holds degrees from Columbia University (Economic Development), FGV (Business Economics), and Universidad Icesi (Economics and Business Administration).
ROHAN SINGH

Managing Partner

Rohan Singh is Managing Partner and covers the APAC market, a position he has held since establishing the Singapore office in 2017. He has more than a decade of experience in arranging complex equity and debt financing for renewable energy and infrastructure, such as large-scale wind, solar and storage, bioenergy, EV charging, and related energy transition technologies. Rohan brings experience in originating and executing transactions across multiple markets in APAC, including Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, and ASEAN countries.
Rohan graduated from Université Paris Dauphine (Master 225, Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering) and Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Finance)

AMÉLIE BEAUJARD

Head of Human Resources

Amélie Beaujard has been working with Finergreen since its creation and contributed to the company’s structuring. Throughout her Finergreen's experience, she has played a pivotal role by supporting the company in communications, legal and administrative issues before focusing on teams' management and HR coordination for the group.
Amélie holds a degree from Sciences Po Paris.
JUSTINE FEUILLET

Head of Legal

Justine Feuillet has a decade of experience in business law in international environments. She first worked in the corporate/M&A department of Deezer S.A. in Paris, before joining Finergreen in 2019. As Legal Manager of the Finergreen Group, she handles all the legal aspects of the Group’s activity, from operational and corporate aspects to Compliance and GDPR.
Justine holds degrees from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Université de Bordeaux (Law).
CHLOÉ NORMAND

Head of Communications

Chloé Normand has been working as a communications and PR specialist within the financial sector for the past seven years, encompassing investment banking, private banking, asset management, and fintech. Her professional journey took her from Paris to Madrid, where she had the opportunity to occupy diverse roles that have enabled her to harness a strategic fusion of communication methods to engage with key stakeholders.
Chloé graduated from ISIT Paris (Cross Cultural Communications and Translation).
NORA SAUVAGE

Head of Finance

Nora Sauvage has a decade of experience in audit and financial controlling. After auditing banks and financial institutions at PwC in Paris, she began working in financial controlling at Thales in Madrid, before joining Finergreen in 2023 as Group Financial Manager.
Nora holds a degree from ESSCA Grande Ecole (Financial Audit).
