WE ARE
Finergreen has consistently prioritized sustainable development and solidarity non-profit actions since its inception. Our business and community approach is based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) designed by the United Nations:
We are implementing these principles through a series of partnerships with committed organizations:
Donations and volunteering with Synergie Renouvelable Foundation
Synergie Renouvelable serves as a hub for both funds and expertise within the renewable energy sector. It collaborates with companies to provide financial and technical support to carefully chosen NGOs. These NGOs carry out humanitarian energy access projects worldwide.
Finergreen has been actively involved alongside Synergie Renouvelable for several years, Damien Ricordeau being a Board Member of the Foundation since 2017. In the past, Finergreen organized several charitable events (Foot Solaire and Solar Padel) to support the Foundation’s activities. In total, Finergreen contributed to the Foundations’ activities with more than 110K euros.
Training the next generation of professionals
In 2021, we forged a meaningful partnership with Ecole Polytechnique to establish a Specialized Master in Côte d’Ivoire, titled ‘‘Renewable Energy: Technologies and Entrepreneurship (ETRE)’’. As part of this collaboration, we have been delivering financial courses and offering financial assistance by covering the tuition fees for several Master’s students for the last two years. Additionally, we actively support numerous students through conferences and training sessions held at various universities. By doing so, Finergreen actively contributes to the development of the upcoming professionals who will drive the energy transition forward.
Sponsoring of Crosscall sailing team
Since 2022, Finergreen has been sponsoring Aurélien Ducroz. As a two-time free-ride world champion and skipper of the Crosscall sailing team, he exemplifies the perfect balance between performance and sustainability. Notably, his boat is equipped with solar panels provided by Finergreen, ensuring self-sufficiency in energy.
Patronage of two Olympic Games athletes
Since 2022, Finergreen has been collaborating with La Fondation du Sport Français (French Sports Foundation) which aims to promote social and professional integration through sports, health prevention, as well as the promotion of sports for disabled people. Through this initiative, we support promising athletes who reflect key values such as excellence, diversity, humility, and youth.
